All of our merchandise is of excellent quality and is guaranteed to be .925 Sterling Silver, White Gold, Rose Gold or 14KT Gold unless otherwise noted.
Sterling silver manufacturers use a variety of techniques to minimize tarnishing (such as a rhodium finish), hence finishes may vary. Since we carry a huge variety of jewelry, we cannot guarantee nickel free jewelry.

Items are shipped within 5 business days of payment clearing. We use UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class.

Currently, we only ship to the United States.

We stand behind our items 100% so if you do have a problem with your order, please contact us immediately.

We only offer exchanges if the item has a manufacturer defect or item has been grossly misrepresented. There are no buyer's remorse returns. Please contact us before returning any merchandise to us. It is very important to follow the return policy. If you do not comply with the policy, your refund may be denied. Please contact us for more information.

7-day return policy (less shipping costs) for items returned in new and un-used condition in original packaging. All returns must be made within 7 days of original invoice date. Returns after 7 days are at the sole discretion of Suzabella and subject to re-stocking fees of 25% or more.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be made in a sturdy box. Returns sent in envelopes or padded envelopes will be refused due to potential for crushing damage during transit. Returns after 10 days are at the sole discretion of Suzabella and may be subject to restocking fees of 25% or more. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items damaged in transit during return are customer's responsibility.
