We accept Paypal, Money Orders and Cashiers' Checks Do keep in mind that if you send a money order or cashiers' check that we will wait for payment to clear before we process your order. Please contact me for the name and address to make your money order or cashiers' check out to.
All shipping to the Continental US is free. Alaska and Hawaii do have an additional cost. This is in the shipping matrix and will show up on your invoice. We ship our items via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class depending on the item and the destination. Items going to Alaska and Hawaii will be sent via USPS Retail Ground or First Class. I will let you know how it is being shipped as it depends on the warehouse. I will always include tracking information for you so you know when to expect your item. We currently have 2 warehouses.. one in New York and one in Texas. At this time, we cannot ship outside of the Country, but we are working on expanding our shipping to overseas soon! If there is an issue with shipping to you once you place your order, I will contact you to resolve the issue.
ABSOLUTELY! All of the genuine gems are just that..GENUINE! If we have lab created stones in a piece of jewelry, we will state that in the title and the description. The majority of our items are genuine and 100% real!
Absolutely! All of our jewelry comes straight from the manufacturer and is prepared for shipment at our processing centers
Once we have confirmed that your payment has cleared, your order will be processed. After processing is complete, your items will be sent out from our shipping center. We will send you emails letting you know exactly where your order is and what is happening. Once we do receive the tracking number from the carrier, we will also send that to you as well so you will know exactly when to expect your items. Sterling silver manufacturers use a variety of techniques to minimize tarnishing (such as a rhodium finish), hence finishes may vary. Since we carry a huge variety of styles from many different sources, we DO NOT guarantee nickel free jewelry.
